Company History
October 1986 Founded as Osaka Plant Sales Co., Ltd. In 2-7 Ryogaecho, Higashi-ku, Osaka.
Started the sales of computer ink ribbons and ink-jet cartridges. Established "Tokyo Branch" in Chuo-ku, Tokyo and started marketing for wholesale distributors around capital region.
October 1989 Moved headquarters to 2-12 Kanda-Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, closed the Tokyo Branch and established the Tokyo Sales Branch within the head office.
Started the sales of toner cartridges.
July 1990 Established the shipping storage "Nakano Center" in Nakano-ku, Tokyo. (Closed in October 2004)
October 1992 Established "Kanagawa Sales Branch" in Atsugi, Kanagawa.
February 1993 Established the shipping storage "Kazo Center" in Kazo, Saitama (closed December 2000)
June 1993 Established "Sapporo Sales Branch" in Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
February 1994 Moved headquarter to 2-5 Kanda-Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
April 1994 Founded wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergreen Inc. as contracting company for distribution operations.
October 1994 Established the shipping storage "Ojima Center" in Koto-ku, Tokyo.
March 1997 Established "Funabori Center" in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo (closed June 2001)
August 1997 Started sales to mail-order office suppliers.
April 1998 Established "Osaka Satellite Office (Currently, Osaka Sales Branch)" in HigashiYodogawa-ku, Osaka.
May 1998 Changed company name to HYBRID SERVICE, CO., LTD.
July 1999 Established "Sapporo Center" in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo (closed October 2004)
April 2000 Acquired all the equity issues for Cosmo Inc (now Cosmo Co.,Ltd), a contracting company for our distribution operations, and made it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
August 2000 Moved headquarters to 2-2 Kanda-Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
December 2000 Cancelled distribution center operation contract with Evergreen Inc. and transferred operations to Cosmo Inc.
June 2001 Established "Yashio Center" in Yashio, Saitama prefecture (closed February 2004).
September 2002 Began over-the-counter trading at JSDA (Code 2743).
September 2002 Acquired all stocks for NAK Service, Co., Ltd., and made it a wholly-owned subsidiary (liquidated March 2005)
October 2003 Established wholly-owned subsidiary, HYBRID INTERNATIONAL TRADING (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. In China (currently a subsidiary)
February 2004 Establish new shipping center, "Yashio Center."
December 2004 Stopped over-the-counter trading at JSDA and became listed on JASDAQ.
September 2006 Acquired all stocks for Tokyo Chuo Sato Product Sales Co., Ltd. making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
January 2007 Established HYBRID LOGISTICS(SHANGHAI)CO., LTD. in China
August 2007 Established HYBRID (HONGKONG) CO., LTD. as a wholly owned subsidiary (now a consolidated subsidiary)
November 2007 Completed capital business tie-up with FT Communications Co., Ltd.
December 2007 FT Communications Co., Ltd. becomes largest shareholder and parent company through a tender offer.
May 2009 Tokyo Sales Branch and Kanagawa Sales Branch again move to 2-13-6 Nihonbashi-Kakigaracho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
May 2009 We have acquired business of office environmental design and relocations from FT Communications Co., Ltd.
